Yes, I know it says “us” but there’s only me here!
If you think I may have come across your problem in my travels then e-mail me. But there’s a lot I don’t know and the policy of this site is to only give tips that I have actually tried out successfully. So I’m quite likely to reply with “sorry, I can’t help”.

You can e-mail me at the following address - replace the (at) with an @ sign.

And that’s another tip - if you put a genuine clickable e-mail address on a website it is liable to be harvested by spammers.
Disguise it in some way, as I did above. It means that your readers can’t just click it, but it does help security.
And if any of my readers aren’t capable of retyping an e-mail address then they really shouldn’t try a lot of the tips on this site!
